Sunday
Full Day Rental: From 10am until 11:00pm

Monday - Thursday
Half Day Rental: (4 hour rental until 5:00pm)
$400.00
Half Day Rental: (8 hour rental until 5:00pm)
$800.00
Full Day Rental (12 hour rental 10am - 10pm)
$1,200.00
Friday & Saturday
Full Day Rental: 10am - 12am
$1,800.00
Additional Hours
Additional hours until 2am

(Must have prior management approval and pre paid)
Rate Information
- All weddings/receptions- $2,000.00
- Family reunions: $2,000.00 each day
- Repass upon availability: 4 hour rental $400.00
- Late fee - $250.00 per hour beginning 30 minutes after the scheduled end time.
- $500.00 Non-Refundable Security Deposit required to secure your date (refundable seven(7) business days after the scheduled event, if venue is vacated at allotted time and left in condition it was rented).
- $125.00 for a Security Guard- per guard, per event ($25.00 an hour over 5 hours)
- 10% discount- military (person renting the venue must present ID)
